We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in providing home care assessments throughout Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Independent Living Services (ILS) assessments in residential homes of injured workers
  • Provide Personal Care, Home Safety, Home Accessibility, and Mobility A and B assessments
  • Collaborate with clients to schedule assessments at their convenience

Requirements:

  • Good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Assistive Devices Authorizer (ADP Authorizer) certification for mobility assessments
