Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at GN IT & Management Solutions Inc. in an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and technical support for our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support for various computer hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems in a timely manner.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues: Identify and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware and software using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Deliver top-notch customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, providing clear explanations of technical solutions, and ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintaining Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues reported, and resolutions implemented, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continually improve technical support services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts, including operating systems, file management, security software, and communication protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
