Rôle et responsabilités

Harris recherche un(e) Compensation Specialist pour contribuer au développement, à la mise en œuvre et à l'administration des programmes de rémunération qui s'alignent sur l'approche complexe et stratégique de Harris. Ce rôle implique de conseiller les partenaires RH et les managers sur les pratiques de rémunération, de réaliser des analyses de marché et de sensibiliser sur la conformité aux réglementations locales et aux politiques internes.

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience dans une organisation complexe avec plusieurs dirigeants, unités commerciales et divisions.

Quel sera votre impact :
  • Réaliser des analyses de marché pour garantir l'alignement avec les pratiques de rémunération.
  • Évaluer et soutenir les expansions et les améliorations du catalogue de postes.
  • Participer à la conception et à l'administration des grilles salariales, des plans d'incitation et d'autres programmes de rémunération.
  • Soutenir le processus annuel de révision de la rémunération, y compris les ajustements de salaire, les augmentations au mérite et les promotions.
  • Fournir des conseils aux managers et aux partenaires RH sur les politiques de rémunération, les pratiques et les recommandations salariales.
  • Répondre aux questions liées à la rémunération.
  • Veiller à ce que les pratiques de rémunération soient conformes aux lois et réglementations locales, nationales et fédérales.
Compétences et qualifications requises
  • Diplôme de licence en Ressources Humaines, Administration des Affaires, ou dans un domaine connexe, ou expérience professionnelle pertinente.
  • 3+ ans d'expérience en Ressources Humaines.
  • 1+ an d'experience dans la gestion de programmes ou de projets de rémunération.
  • Une expérience avec les logiciels de rémunération et les plateformes RH (SIRH) est fortement souhaitée.
  • Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes avérées, avec la capacité d'interpréter des données complexes et de formuler des recommandations stratégiques.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation, avec la capacité d'influencer les parties prenantes à tous les niveaux.
  • Maîtrise d'Excel et expérience avec les outils de rémunération (PayFactors et Workday de préférence).
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets dans un environnement dynamique.
