Hotel Operations Manager

Our client, a 4-Star hotel in downtown Moncton, is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of the hotel team, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team, handling inventory, and driving sales growth through excellent customer service and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory control
- Provide exceptional customer service, handle guest inquiries or complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain cost efficiency
- Lead and motivate a team, conduct training, and foster a positive work environment to enhance staff performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a restaurant, preferably within a hotel, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and drive sales growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
