Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in payroll management and enhance the technological solution
  • Develop protocols to facilitate the deployment of HR information system solutions
  • Provide operational assistance for systems and applications within your area of expertise

  • Create management reports and contribute to the enhancement of dashboards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with Oracle's payroll modules
  • Familiarity with the Kronos time management system (an asset)
  • Experience in translating client requirements into deliverables and documentation
  • Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to provide support in HR Payroll
  • Self-sufficient, responsive, and adaptable to complex environments
