Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in payroll management and enhance the technological solution
- Develop protocols to facilitate the deployment of HR information system solutions
- Provide operational assistance for systems and applications within your area of expertise
- Collaborate on various technology initiatives that support HR operations
- Create management reports and contribute to the enhancement of dashboards
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Administration, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with Oracle's payroll modules
- Familiarity with the Kronos time management system (an asset)
- Experience in translating client requirements into deliverables and documentation
- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to provide support in HR Payroll
- Self-sufficient, responsive, and adaptable to complex environments
