Developing Campus Talent Strategies:

  • Design and implement effective campus recruitment strategies to attract top-tier student talent.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations to enhance the talent pipeline.
  • Represent Equitable Bank at career fairs, networking events, and on-campus recruiting sessions to showcase the organization's brand and values.

Recruiting High-Potential Candidates:

  • Identify and recruit high-potential candidates for the Leadership Development Program through targeted sourcing and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand the skills and competencies required for future leaders within the organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the program, ensuring a smooth transition from sourcing to onboarding.

Driving Campus Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee all campus talent acquisition activities and strategies to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Develop and expand the campus recruiting function to create a strong pipeline of future talent.
  • Build long-term relationships with academic institutions to foster a collaborative environment and drive talent acquisition success.

Supporting Talent Acquisition Initiatives:

  • Assist with broader Talent Acquisition activities, including full-cycle recruitment for various roles within the organization, during slower periods.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's presence in the talent market and promote its brand.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies to drive business results.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3+ years in a related field, preferably in talent acquisition or management.
  • Skills: Program management, knowledge of CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Products, ability to represent the organization and sell its brand to early talent.
  • Technology: Proficiency in CRM, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in employer branding and marketing.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to present and represent the organization effectively.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
