Your Opportunity

We are seeking a Campus Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a designated client group and own the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement national campus recruiting initiatives and strategies within your assigned group
  • Manage full cycle student recruitment of entry-level graduates, co-ops, and interns
  • Provide an exceptional talent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop, coordinate, and attend campus recruitment events
  • Develop and leverage relationships with key academic partners, inclusive of faculty, career office employees, and students
  • Collaborate with the Campus Team to develop, implement, and manage National campus recruitment agenda
  • Develop and leverage relationships with Firm stakeholders, Group Leadership, HR Advisors, and clients. Collaborate on the delivery of the campus program and be an active advisor
  • Elevate the Firm's image and brand through strategic use of social media and other marketing tools and actively engage in creating content
  • Monitor industry and market trends and implement strategies and new innovative ideas to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
  • Travel will be required during peak periods

Your Experience and Education

You will enjoy having fun and doing serious work in a collaborative environment

You will be comfortable planning and facilitating presentations

You will be a strategic thinker with planning experience

You will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)

You will have superior time management and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and interests

If you have previous recruitment experience, it would be considered an asset

You will have an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of two years' experience; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
