Johnson ReSource Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Maintenance Planner to support our fast-paced food and beverage production facility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the maintenance schedule using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to keep repair records up-to-date and generate reports for tracking performance.
- Creating and maintaining preventative maintenance plans based on manuals and equipment requirements, ensuring work orders are generated with detailed instructions and timelines.
- Collaborating with the Tool Crib team to oversee parts and inventory management, streamlining operations and ensuring the right components are available when needed.
The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and experience with CMMS or similar asset management systems. A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related major is required, as well as 3-5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Planner, Coordinator, or similar role within a food or CPG manufacturing environment.
