Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Maximo Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Maximo Functional Consultant, you will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, capture business capability requirements, functional requirements, and expected service levels.
You will provide consulting expertise on best practices for Maximo MAS upgrades, including planning, testing, and implementation strategies. You will also coordinate with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Liaising between the client, vendors, project management, and the technical team on questions, issues, and revisions to the solution architecture is also a key responsibility.
You will work with the Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Quality Assurance teams to review test strategies and requirements traceability. Ensuring business and functional requirements are maintained throughout the development/configuration process (requirements traceability matrix) is crucial.
You will also review and analyze user acceptance testing results, utilize understanding of industry standards, and the Maximo Compatibility Matrix to guide upgrade decisions and strategies.
Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and system manuals, is also a key responsibility.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as good communication abilities for interaction with clients, are essential for this role.
