About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Functional Consultant, you will work with our clients to understand their business needs and provide consulting expertise on best practices for Maximo upgrades, including planning, testing, and implementation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define scope for Maximo upgrades.
  • Provide consulting expertise on best practices for Maximo upgrades, including planning, testing, and implementation strategies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Liaise between clients, vendors, project management, and technical teams to resolve questions, issues, and revisions to the solution architecture.
  • Work with business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams to review test strategies and requirements traceability.
  • Utilize industry standards and the Maximo Compatibility Matrix to guide upgrade decisions and strategies.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and system manuals.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication abilities for interaction with clients.
