About the Role

At SAP, we're seeking a seasoned expert to join our Preferred Success team as a Senior HCM Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our cloud customers and empower their outcome-based goals.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in delivering 1:1 and 1:M SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Succession Management, Compensation Modules, or Learning SuccessFactors HCM modules adoption and consumption focused services and workshops.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver remote workshops and services on SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Succession Management, Compensation Modules, or Learning SuccessFactors HCM modules.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for these modules and develop exclusive content for Preferred Success HCM customers.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success offering.
Requirements
  • University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Associate Certification in at least one of the Talent modules (Performance and Goals, Succession Management, Compensation Modules) or Learning.
  • Employee Central certification or knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience in development, implementation, and enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Succession, Compensation or Learning modules.
  • Curious, open-minded, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Customer-focused with flexibility to support global coverage and ability to multitask and support many requests simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of best practices and industry trends in HCM and talent management.
  • Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
What We Offer

  • An estimated annualized compensation range of $66,000 - $143,400 CAD, dependent upon key aspects such as education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc.
