SAP SuccessFactors Business Process Consultant

About the Role
SAP SuccessFactors Preferred Success is seeking a talented Functional Specialist to join our team and provide expertise and collaboration tools to support and empower the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers. As a Functional Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting both SAP Preferred Success customers and their CSPs, offering tailored adoption recommendation services and large-scale adoption events.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and 1:M SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Succession Management, Compensation Modules, or Learning SuccessFactors HCM modules adoption and consumption focused services and workshops remotely.
- Act as a subject matter expert for these modules and develop exclusive content for Preferred Success HCM customers.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success offering.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have a university undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field. Additionally, they should have associate certification in at least one of the Talent modules (Performance and Goals, Succession Management, Compensation Modules) or Learning, and employee central certification or knowledge is considered an advantage.
With a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience with SAP SuccessFactors, the candidate should have experience in development, implementation, and enablement of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals, Succession, Compensation or Learning modules. They should also be curious, open-minded, resourceful, and flexible with the ability to learn quickly, and possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work with technical and non-technical colleagues.
