Job Overview

We're seeking an exceptional Logistics and Supply Chain Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for fostering relationships with new customers and nurturing existing ones, ensuring they understand the unparalleled value proposition of 4Refuel's services.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. You will develop and execute strategies to acquire new business opportunities in the construction and fleet industries (70% of your time).
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to minimize attrition and drive long-term growth.
  3. Employ a consultative approach to selling, identifying customer needs, aligning our value proposition, and delivering effective sales cycle management.
  4. Source and qualify leads through industry-specific databases and social media platforms.
  5. Utilize CRM systems and tools to track customer information and manage sales activities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Exceptional computer skills and proficiency in CRM systems.
  2. Prior experience selling services in the transportation or construction industry, or related sectors.
  3. A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
