Responsibilities and Expectations

Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, the Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, procurement, and equipment tracking, as well as receiving and administering deliveries to ensure the smooth operation of production operations.

  • Maintain optimal levels of consumables to meet the needs of the plant
  • Identify needs, place orders, and track deliveries
  • Manage maintenance, calibrations, and inspections of equipment
  • Collaborate with suppliers for maintenance and repairs
  • Receive, verify, and record deliveries in the system
  • Ensure deliveries meet specifications and deadlines
  • Process and archive purchase documents
  • Verify received invoices against orders
  • Respond to production teams' needs for consumables and equipment
  • Participate in optimizing purchasing and inventory management processes
Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Diploma in office administration or relevant field
  • Experience with procurement
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in French and English (oral and written)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite an asset)
