Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Driven Brands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies throughout our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the warehouse environment.
  • Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift (training provided).
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use a point of sale system.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
