Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Driven Brands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and supplies throughout our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers.
  • Restock and maintain inventory levels in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and perform physical activities for extended periods.
  • Manual dexterity for operating machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills, including keyboard and mouse operation.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a state-issued forklift operating license.
