About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Castle Steakhouse. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the expectations of our discerning guests.

Team Leadership

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional service.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels and ensure that all kitchen supplies and equipment are ordered and maintained in a timely and efficient manner.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Customer Service

Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
