About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Peace Hills Investments Ltd. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
