About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Castle Steakhouse. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our discerning customers.

Chef Management

Supervise and train a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional cuisine.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the resources needed to deliver our menu.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all dishes are prepared to order and presented in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

40 hours per week, permanent position.
