About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at SN Alberta Inc. as a Head Cook. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Chef Supervision: Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent food quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
  • Staff Training: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience as a Head Cook or Executive Chef in a similar environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
