Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Food Quality: Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensure that all food products meet our quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary supplies are on hand to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Our coffee shop is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team of experienced food service staff. You will be required to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects, so a high level of physical fitness is required.
