Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
