Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Pizza. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
- Requisition Food and Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Supervise Kitchen Staff: Train and supervise our kitchen staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies needed for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure we are operating within our means.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns to ensure we maintain a positive reputation.
- Maintain Records: Accurately maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit regular reports to management to ensure we are meeting our goals and objectives.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers receive a positive experience.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our kitchen staff, management, and customers.
- Flexibility: Be adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Initiative: Take initiative to identify and implement process improvements to enhance our operations.
