Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner Manager to join our team at Holman Enterprises. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business results through strategic HR initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Strategic Partner: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • HR Operations: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with company policies and practices.
  • Employee Onboarding: Design and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience for new leaders, ensuring they are properly trained and utilizing policies and processes effectively.
  • Investigations and Compliance: Direct investigations, conduct thoughtful interviews, and provide sound recommendations to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Talent Management: Identify competency, knowledge, and talent gaps, and develop programs to provide training and development opportunities for employees.
  • Leadership Development: Coach and mentor leaders on effective managerial practices, legal considerations, and partner relations.
  • HR Policy Development: Support the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor regulatory actions that may impact employee attraction, motivation, development, and retention.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the HR Business Partner team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality HR services.
Requirements
  • Education: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or Business required; graduate degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Seven to ten years of experience in human resources, with three to five years in a managerial-level position; multi-site experience required.
  • Certifications: CHRP (or equivalent) certification strongly preferred.
