Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner is a key member of the HR team, responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management and employees
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution
  • Administer HR programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with changing HR laws and regulations, and ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, requirements, and regulations for Canada
  • CHRP or similar designation preferred
  • Fluent in both English and French preferred
