Clinical Leader for Integrated Youth Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Leader to join our team at the Teen Resource Centre, a dynamic organization dedicated to transforming youth mental health and substance use services. About the Role:
The Clinical Leader will provide clinical guidance and expertise to our interdisciplinary service providers, students, interns, and partners in the care of young people and their families. You will be responsible for collaborating in problem-solving clinical cases, providing interventions, programs, resources, and literature to promote continuity of care and effective treatment. Additionally, you will oversee daily workflow, supervise staff, and contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in social work with 5-10 years of related experience in a clinical specialty area. You must possess strong therapeutic skills in case management, individual, family, and group therapy for clients with diverse mental health and substance use illnesses. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural environments as part of an interprofessional team is essential.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience.
