We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Professional to join our team as a Clinical Support in Saint John, New Brunswick.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations in our pharmacy operations. Key responsibilities include data entry, processing customer transactions, receiving and releasing prescriptions, and promoting PROfile programs.

What You'll Do:

  • Prescription assembly and data entry
  • Process customer transactions (receive and release prescriptions)
  • Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries
  • Promote PROfile programs
  • Compounding and pill pack assembly
  • Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, cleaning
  • Drug order creation and receiving
  • Schedule professional clinical services (i.e. medication reviews, health risk assessments, disease state managements etc.)
  • BTC management
  • Administrative duties: cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, TML's, manual third parties
  • Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
  • Assist with other pharmacy operations as required

Requirements:

  • 1-year experience as a Pharmacy Assistant
  • Pharmacy Assistant diploma from a recognized Canadian college

Location: This role is based in Saint John, New Brunswick, and requires ability to commute or relocate before starting work.
