The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Pay Master Assistant with the EightSix Network, you will play a crucial role in supporting our compensation and payroll operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Compiling, entering, and verifying data accurately and efficiently in accordance with established practices and guidelines.
- Organizing information, input, and submitting all data for semi-monthly payroll processing using the HCM Dayforce payroll system from Ceridian.
- Coordinating payroll preparation, process, and reconciling discrepancies; maintaining payroll records and producing reports.
- Serving as a resource person for managers and employees regarding information and compliance with pay department procedures.
- Providing support to the Pay Master and the Chief Financial Officer in various mandates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A college diploma in Accounting and Management/Administration or any combination of training and experience deemed equivalent.
- Good general knowledge of payroll administration.
- Familiarity with the HCM Dayforce payroll system from Ceridian, although not essential.
- Bilingual abilities with excellent communication skills.
- An excellent understanding of the Office suite.
- The ability to work autonomously, exercise discretion, and handle multiple files simultaneously.
