Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Administrator

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Administrator to process payroll for our employees in a timely and accurate manner.



Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for all employees in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll data and calculations
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports
  • Respond to inquiries from employees regarding payroll matters
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Reconcile payroll accounts
  • Prepare and submit payroll taxes
  • Assist with other payroll-related tasks as needed


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
