Compensation and Benefits Administrator

beBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Administrator to process payroll for our employees in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Ensure accuracy of payroll data and calculations
- Prepare and submit payroll reports
- Respond to inquiries from employees regarding payroll matters
- Maintain payroll records
- Reconcile payroll accounts
- Prepare and submit payroll taxes
- Assist with other payroll-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
