Job Title: Senior Fundraising Development Manager

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Senior Fundraising Development Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for philanthropy, and is committed to making a difference.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure funding from various sources, including grants, donations, and partnerships. Your mission will be to maintain existing revenue streams and diversify the organization's fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet annual targets;
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Communications Manager to identify new funding opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Prepare and submit grant applications, reports, and proposals to ensure compliance with funder requirements;
  • Manage the Donor Perfect platform or other donation management tools to track donations and communications;
  • Produce personalized thank-you letters and acknowledgments to donors;
  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising events, such as galas and auctions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business administration, or non-profit management;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, grant development, and/or grant management for a non-profit organization;
  • Proven track record of securing large-scale grants and managing multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling grant proposals and reports;
  • Proficiency in budget management, financial reporting, and donor relationship management;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
  • Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
