About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Sherry Carrier Inc. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

You will also be responsible for arranging maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.

A strong understanding of MS Excel and MS Word is required, as well as excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.

As a Logistics Operations Manager, you will play a key role in establishing work schedules and procedures, planning and organizing operational logistics, and overseeing the performance of a team of 5-10 people.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure
