Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Sherry Carrier Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective inventory management, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Coordinate and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 5-10 warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations and adhere to company policies.
- Logistics and Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and supply chain management.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse performance, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced warehouse environment with heavy lifting and bending required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to heavy loads and tight deadlines.
