Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

SHERRY CARRIER INC. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, managing inventory, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including coordinating activities with other departments and ensuring the smooth flow of goods.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, warehouse operations, and staff performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.
