We are seeking a highly skilled MS&T Engineer II to support both internal and external manufacturing and technical transfer activities to ensure manufacturing readiness. This role will lead the coordination of product and process improvements to meet quality and production goals.

Job Description:

The MS&T Engineer II is responsible for supporting both internal and external manufacturing and technical transfer activities to ensure manufacturing readiness. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and executing operations and maintenance procedures and other necessary documentation to ensure effective process transfer between process development and operations.
  • Developing and evaluating manufacturing processes and implementing equipment and tools for production.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to effectively transfer and maintain processes in the facility.
  • Improving manufacturing capacity/efficiency by analyzing and planning material and workflow, layouts/space requirements, and equipment to meet quality and production goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in an applicable Engineering field such as Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Nuclear, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two years of experience in a life science, nuclear power, food processing, or medical device industry is required.

You will also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
