Job Title: Manufacturing Equipment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Rolling Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at Modern Staffing. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your skills in a fast-paced environment where innovation and safety are top priorities.

The role involves operating rolling machines, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining cleanliness of the machine and work area. Additionally, you will be required to travel overseas for training and operate new equipment and upgrades as required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trim and skim rolls to pre-grind specifications.
2. Complete necessary documentation for factory orders and roll receiving.
3. Operate new equipment and upgrades as required.
4. Cut locking grooves and install fusor or other end treatments when necessary.
5. Maintain cleanliness of the machine and work area.
6. Perform general maintenance, painting, and housekeeping tasks.
7. Follow all safety protocols and perform tasks independently or with supervision.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience operating rolling machines in a manufacturing setting.
2. Must be willing to travel overseas for training.
3. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.
