Position Overview

The Manufacturing Solutions Specialist role is designed to drive growth and expansion in the local region. As one of the founding team members, you will work closely with our CEO and CTO to establish a strong foothold in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive presence: Work closely with leadership to recruit and onboard partners and clients.
  • Execute the sales playbook: Build partnerships and develop the sales motion from the ground up.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with local manufacturing clients, understanding their operational challenges and objectives.
  • Opportunity Discovery: Conduct assessments to identify areas where AI solutions can drive improvements, such as quality control and production flow.
  • ROI Analysis: Collaborate with clients to assess potential returns on investment for implementing AI-powered visual cognitive tasks.
  • Solution Consultation: Work with internal AI solution specialists to design tailored applications that address clients' specific needs.
  • Business Development: Develop and manage a pipeline of local manufacturing clients, leading all stages from prospecting to negotiation and close.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal Background: Experience within manufacturers or adjacent industries, roles such as continuous improvement, field sales, or engineering.
  • Experience: Past experiences with successful solution sales within the manufacturing industry, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • B2B Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in client relationship building, solution sales, and business development.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in conducting ROI calculations and data-driven problem-solving.
