Job Overview:

This Regional Sales Director role covers North America West and is responsible for sourcing and closing deals with groups of 10-30 hotels.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in hotel sales, enjoys driving deals from start to finish, and is comfortable traveling regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and building a pipeline of hotel groups (10-30 properties) within the North America West territory.
  • Developing and executing tailored account plans to drive sales opportunities.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
  • Leading product presentations that effectively communicate the value of our solution to potential clients.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals independently.

Performance Metrics:

  • Quota Attainment/Sales Revenue Won – Achieve or exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Pipeline Generation – Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Sales Cycle Progression – Effectively move opportunities through each stage of the sales process.
  • Account Expansion – Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Regional Director of Sales or Hotel Director of Sales, with a proven record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong background in outbound sales and business development within the hospitality sector.
  • Proficient in various Sales and Catering software, utilizing tools to streamline sales processes.
