About the Role

FedEx Canada is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to drive sales growth and expansion in the Ottawa region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed individual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate sales data and reports.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of outside sales experience required (B2B).
  • Experience selling to the C-Suite and mid-market accounts.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel required (3 days a week).
