**Job Description:


The Store Director and Operations Manager will be responsible for:



  • Overseeing store operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales performance
  • Managing a team of sales staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Creating and managing the store budget, including sales forecasting and expense management
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols
  • Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

**Required Skills and Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will possess:



  • A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a senior leadership role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

**Salary:** The salary for this position is estimated to be between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
