Program Administrative Assistant - Addiction Services

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Administrative Assistant to join our Addiction Services team at Vancouver Coastal Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Addiction Services team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Assist with program development, implementation, and evaluation, including research and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or health sciences.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
