Chef Job Description

Dancyn Ltd is seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of meals, as well as managing kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate food and supply costs, and maintain accurate records of inventory and sales.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks and specialist chefs.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu ideas.
  • Consult with clients to plan menus and ensure high-quality food standards.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Fluency in English.

Working Conditions:

  • Noisy and odorous work environment.
  • 30-35 hours per week.
