Job Title: Executive Chef

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Dancyn Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate food and labour costs, and maintain accurate records of food consumption and sales.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers.
  • Develop and implement new recipes, and ensure that all dishes meet our quality standards.
  • Consult with clients to plan menus for special events, such as weddings and banquets.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and arrange for equipment purchases and repairs.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior kitchen management role.
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
