About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Document Controller - Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at E.S. Fox Limited. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the implementation, monitoring, and compliance with our Company Quality policies, programs, and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Control: Assist with the development and maintenance of corporate QA documentation, including manuals, procedures, instructions, and forms.
  • Quality Assurance: Promote permanent improvement, awareness, and compliance with QA policies and procedures throughout the company branches and project sites.
  • Certifications and Qualifications: Maintain current QA certification files, including hard and electronic copies, and communicate information regarding certifications and copies with relevant departments.
  • Codes and Standards: Maintain a library list of available codes/standards and control personnel access to the online database.
  • Non-Conformances and Corrective Actions: Process, control, maintain, and follow-up on NCR/CARs in the Intelex database for all QA programs, facilities, and sites.
  • Audits: Assist/participate in internal and supplier audit processes, including audit preparation, compliance assessments, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Document Management: Control and maintain all published QA documents within the document management systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of post-secondary education is required, with a focus on Quality Assurance being an asset.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of QA experience in a construction and/or nuclear environment is required.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with ISO 9001, ASME- BPVC Section I, II, III, V, VIII, IX, B31 series, CSA B51, B52, and knowledge of and experience with ISO 9001, C.S.A. Z299, N285.0, N286-05, ASME NQA1.
  • Attributes: Well-organized, quality-minded, detail-oriented, self-starter, responsive, and strong analytical and document review abilities.
