Job Overview

T-Net British Columbia is a leader in people analytics, and we believe in a 'people-first' approach to business strategy. Our innovative technology transforms the way that organizations make decisions, allowing them to elevate their employees and drive better business outcomes. As we embark on an exciting new chapter in our growth story, we are looking for talented individuals who can help both T-Net British Columbia and our customers grow, evolve, and win.

Role Responsibilities

As the Embedded Analytics Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for supporting our embedded partners to successfully go to market, sell their people analytics solutions, and support their revenue growth strategies. You will collaborate with key business functions within our partners, T-Net British Columbia Partner Success Managers, and the T-Net British Columbia Partner Solutions team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess each partner's enablement capabilities at initial post-sales engagement, and tailor direction to their unique enablement needs and strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to embedded partners, offering strategic guidance, best practices, connecting with other T-Net British Columbia experts when needed, and providing actionable insights to help them succeed in selling and promoting their people analytics solutions.
  • Equip partners with enablement best practices, instructions, and project plans, meeting their go-to-market strategies, timelines, and revenue growth objectives.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales leaders, and technical teams to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Define, develop, and document the T-Net British Columbia Partner Enablement program and strategy, including a comprehensive partner enablement playbook.
  • Develop and maintain a library of enablement materials, including playbooks, technical documentation, best practice strategies (i.e., certification programs), use cases, value propositions, and demo scripts to support partner onboarding and ongoing enablement needs.
  • Continuously monitor partner enablement performance, help them identify and measure the effectiveness of their enablement initiatives, and report partner program status, successes, and roadblocks to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide feedback to T-Net British Columbia Partner Success Team, Solutions Teams, Marketing, and Product teams to improve our partner program, partner ecosystem, and the success of our partner's implementations of T-Net British Columbia Embedded solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance partner enablement strategies and offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in partner enablement, training, and sales enablement within a B2B environment.
  • Strong consultative business acumen with the ability to align enablement with the overall business strategy of the partner.
  • Significant experience developing and delivering enablement and training content, including strong presentation skills.
  • Self-starter, with proven experience of working on programs/projects with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Solid project management skills, including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, working with stakeholders, and doing whatever it takes to deliver reliable results.
  • Previous experience as a consultant is an advantage.
What We Offer

The base pay range for this position in Canada is $95,000-$125,000 / year + Bonus. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
