Partner Enablement Manager, Embedded Analytics

At Visier, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way organizations make decisions by leveraging people analytics. As a Partner Enablement Manager, Embedded Analytics, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our embedded partners to succeed in the market, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional value to their customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and tailor enablement strategies for each partner, ensuring they have the necessary capabilities to succeed.
- Collaborate with Visier's Partner Success Managers and the Partner Solutions team to drive alignment and execution.
- Develop and deliver enablement content, including training programs, best practices, and project plans, to equip partners with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales leaders, and technical teams, to drive collaboration and alignment.
- Define and maintain a comprehensive partner enablement program and strategy, including a playbook and library of enablement materials.
- Monitor partner enablement performance, identify areas for improvement, and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to Visier teams to enhance the partner program, ecosystem, and success of partner implementations.
- Proven experience in partner enablement, training, and sales enablement within a B2B environment.
- Strong consultative business acumen with the ability to align enablement with the overall business strategy of the partner.
- Significant experience developing and delivering enablement and training content, including strong presentation skills.
- Self-starter with experience working on programs/projects with a geographically dispersed team.
- Solid project management skills, including planning, managing details, and delivering reliable results.
The base pay range for this position in Canada is $95,000-$125,000 / year + Bonus. Compensation will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation, which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.
