Partner Enablement Specialist, Embedded Analytics

Job Overview

T-Net British Columbia is at the forefront of people analytics, championing a 'people-first' approach to strategic business decisions. Our cutting-edge technology revolutionizes organizational decision-making, empowering employees and enhancing business performance. As we embark on a significant growth phase, we seek skilled professionals who can drive success for both T-Net and our partners.

Role Responsibilities

As a Partner Enablement Specialist, your primary responsibility is to assist our embedded partners in effectively launching their people analytics solutions, facilitating sales, and supporting their revenue enhancement strategies. You will work closely with essential business units within our partner organizations, as well as T-Net Partner Success Managers and the T-Net Partner Solutions team.

In your role as an enablement expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, evaluating their enablement capabilities and guiding them in executing tailored enablement strategies. You will adopt a Train the Trainer methodology, ensuring that partners can independently sustain their enablement initiatives for their people analytics solutions after deployment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Evaluate each partner's enablement capabilities during initial post-sales engagement, customizing guidance to meet their specific needs and strategies.
  • Act as a reliable consultant to embedded partners, providing strategic insights, best practices, and connecting them with other T-Net experts as necessary.
  • Equip partners with essential enablement resources, project plans, and best practices to align with their market strategies and revenue objectives.
  • Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders at partner organizations, including executives, sales leaders, and technical teams to foster alignment and cooperation.
  • Define, develop, and document the T-Net Partner Enablement program and strategy, including a comprehensive partner enablement playbook.
  • Create and maintain a repository of enablement materials, such as playbooks, technical documentation, best practice strategies, use cases, value propositions, and demo scripts to support partner onboarding and ongoing enablement needs.
  • Continuously assess partner enablement performance, assisting them in measuring the effectiveness of their initiatives and reporting on program status, successes, and challenges to relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide constructive feedback to T-Net Partner Success Team, Solutions Teams, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance our partner program and the success of partner implementations of T-Net Embedded solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to refine partner enablement strategies and offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in partner enablement, training, and sales enablement within a B2B context.
  • Strong consultative business acumen with the ability to align enablement initiatives with the partner's overall business strategy.
  • Significant experience in developing and delivering training content, coupled with excellent presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proven track record of managing programs/projects within a geographically dispersed team.
  • Solid project management skills, including planning, detail management, multitasking, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering reliable results.
  • Previous consulting experience is advantageous.

Core Values:

  • You take initiative.
  • You simplify processes.
  • You take pride in your work.
  • You are committed to continuous learning.
  • You strive for success.

The compensation for this position will be determined based on relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills, with additional compensation opportunities available.
