- Evaluate and customize enablement strategies tailored to the specific requirements of each partner
- Offer strategic insights and best practices to partners to facilitate their success in marketing and selling their solutions
- Engage with key stakeholders within partner organizations to foster alignment and collaboration
- Design and document a thorough partner enablement framework
- Maintain a repository of enablement resources to support partner onboarding and ongoing requirements
- Track and report on partner enablement effectiveness to both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance partner programs and boost partner success
- Stay updated on industry developments to continually refine partner enablement strategies
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in partner enablement, training, and sales within a B2B context
- Strong business insight and capability to align enablement with partner business objectives
- Experience in creating and delivering enablement and training materials
- Robust project management abilities and capacity to collaborate with teams across various locations
- Prior consulting experience is a plus
