Job Description for Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Original Pho Eatery Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our dishes, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and train a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation, presentation, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage food supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, ability to lead and train a team, and excellent communication skills are essential.
