Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at ARNEJA ENTERPROSE INC. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.

Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
