Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at ALI BABA PIZZA LTD. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in food service
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
